There is no place like home.

The family I spoke of  in earlier blogs are now ready to sell and move up to a bigger home. My concern for them and other buyers and sellers is when I sell their home, will there be a new home for them to buy because they keep getting beat out by cash buyers and investors? Is it better to keep what you have or risk it on a bigger home dream? Look and do your research before you make life changing decisions. There is no place like home. Once you lose it you may not be able to replace it. As Real Estate Agents it is our duty to make sure we help Sellers understand all the pros and cons of selling their home.
